Fluent in English and Spanish, Paula developed excellent communication skills while earning a degree in psychology from Florida International University. She graduated Cum Laude.

In 2005, Paula joined a top producing team at EWM Realtors as the teamsā buyer specialist. EWM Realtors is the top real estate agency in Miami according to a survey of the public and other prominent real estate brokerages conducted by the Miami Herald.
Paula built her clientele and business philosophy under the guidance of her respected and accomplished mentors, now partners, Jena and Richard Congdon. Like Jena and Richard, Paula implements a “do unto others” philosophy and puts her clientsā needs first.
Paula has helped buyers and sellers from Miami Dade to Broward, from Pinecrest to Homestead and everything in between. The most important aspect of the transaction is not location or price, but the satisfaction of her clients.
Her areas of expertise are her own neighborhood of Coconut Grove, the Brickell submarkets including The Roads, Downtown Miami, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay and The Beaches (including Key Biscayne). Paula has had the privilege of relocating many major hotel executives for the Four Seasons, The Setai, The Mandarin Oriental and staff from corporations all over the world to the Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove and Miami Beach areas. Her clientele list includes general managers, hotel managers, directors of HR, HR managers, directors of finance, directors of residences among many other managers and staff for the companies named above.
Paula enjoys “real estate shopping” for her clients and meeting new friends from all over the world. Where others focus on building a brand, Paula has built a solid reputation that mirrors that of EWM Realty International.
She is a full time Realtor with EWM Realty International and is a member of the New World School of the Arts Alumni Foundation and the Young Patronesses of the Opera. She loves the arts, the ocean and the rich history that Florida, and Miami in particular, have to offer.
