We searched over the south Dade area to find the perfect home for me, through Coral Gables, South Miami and brickle but ultimately chose the perfect condo townhouse in Coconut Grove. She gave very helpful advice would’ve came to the negotiation of the price and had really good connections when it came to getting the mortgage and doing some small repairs to the house.
